i have a 93 accord ex 2dr a friend and i will be pulling the motor this winter im only looking to rebuild motor and bump it to 200 to 240 hp turbo chargers are a bit expensive where should i start im at a stock 140 hp now. i would also like to know where i should look for some colered calipers and chrome or colored engine parts.

before you built the motor get an intake then exhaust and header. Get a delta cam, high compression pistons, as long as you have the engine a part why not just get the whole motor ported and polished along with a balaencing. 15 for the cam pistons un sure 20 for intake 20 from port and polish maybe another 5 to 15 hp from the balaecing that should put you near 210 hp. Also you may want to throw part of upper manifold from an h23 onto your intake. Those are just some ideas. Your best bet would do a search of each componet and see whats best for you. -

If your lookin for numbers in that range your easiest bet is turbo..NA is gonna cost you unless you swap in the h22a as mentioned. Since your rebuilding the motor I would say get you a 16g and tune that properly and it well get you well over 200whp.
