i remember one time we were diagnosing a problem like yours...we started pulling fuses and found that the cig lighter fuse was always drawing power, we went to the cig lighter and found a penny slightly touching creating a draw.

but if your car cant start with 15 amps drawing then something is wrong.

[Caution]

It could be a bad alternator or starter solenoid. those are always the most issues with battery being drained.

yo.. he said even the light on the door doesnt even turn on when he open the door. definitely the fuse . but yo. wut are u usin to test the battery to see if it works?. but hey. if u meant to say everything in the car lights up except for turnin the key on. then check your ignition wire. maybe ur remote starter if u got one came loose.. or someone cut ur wires tryin to hotwire it.. orrrr u dont even have an ignition wire anymo sum1 tryin to steal it! get out yo bat foo! it's ROLL CALL! call up LIL JON AND ICE CUBE

no i mean literally nothing comes on even with the key in the ignition. the door locks dont even work. + i alrdy have a new alternator and battery

do you have an alarm system? do you also have access to a voltmeter?

yup i got a volt meter but not an alarm system... the only fuse we didnt unplug and check is the ECU. i was afraid it would reset

if NOTHING comes on when u put in the kkey maybe bad ignition switch?

im not sure but maybe ur electronic load detector or sumtin maybe. its in the haynes manual. id check out the haynes manual. likeeveyone else sed check all wires and fuses and grounds. good luck i am havin sum issues too but nuttin major just tryin to get a couple things workin

ok..so i changed the negative terminal now, and still has the problem... only now, when i jumped it, the battery has a 19 volt f'ing charge, so it blew out 3 of my damn head lights....and not the fuses. the entire light cause i checked all fuses and there intact.

bad battery.

if you charge the battery and it goes over 15 volts then its a bad battery. u probably blew a fuse or a fusable link.

i checked the fuses for the light fuses and they were all intact....but ya ill change the battery back to the new one. and someone is coming over to look at it 2day so...and also where r all of the grounds that colud be bad?

ok so problem is fixed i think, so now come small problems from the big ass power surge. my big question is, why wont my speedo and rpm guages work. they dont work at all..how can i go about this problem + there is a burnin wire smell comin from my guage cluster.
so that my car is bak and runin, but about what to do to fix my cluster
