ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

actually front ends of cars from japan are brought here to America, then to do the rhd swap you need to get the fire wall from the rhd and swap it with your lhd one.

Yep you just swap over firewalls and you should be set. I dont think anything else would be a problem. Would be nice to see but not worth the time IMO. They have JDM front clips on sale on some sights. Some person posted one a while back but forgot what it was.

You ought to talk to AlmostJDM on here. He wants to do this as well, or at least he was looking around for prices.
It's a lot of work, and might be cheaper/easier to import a RHD JDM CB.

if you import one, you have to spend a lot of money to make it street legal.

the conversion is a total waste of money imo. spend it on somehting else or put into a savings account unless your just rich and love your cb7.

Yeah the only way I can see myself doing it is if I could get a clip for cheap (almost free). Or if I knew someone that wanted a swap and I'd pay the difference of what their stuff costed versus the rest of the clip.....I have been thinking about this alot also. We are about to do an ITR front clip swap. What we are going to do is cut the front clip off of the existing car and weld the RHD clip on. We have the clip here allready, it's cool came with Greddy gauges and Mugen pedals plus all the rest of the Type R stuff.

Anyone ever inquire about these clips and get prices?

have you had a rhd car before anyways? i drove my cousins integra in the curvy streets of the bay area, it was super hard, but that would be really cool, good luck
