You can ask anything you dont understand in the beginning section but no inserts and mounts are two totally different things.

The mounts actually hold your motor in the engine bay while inserts attach inside your mounts to make them stiffer.

yea try ebay or jegs or kragen they all should either have them or should be able to order them

when I did my engine swap I just fillet them with polyerathane. sure it adds a little more noise but its cheaper than buy new mounts or inserts. or if you like quiet just get new ones from ebay they are the cheapest I have found

Hey, I'm getting ready to do my swap do I get the mounts for my 92 accord type or the H22A type. I like to get some good one since I know the H22A should be more heavies.

I want to stop the engine from shaking and making noise. So my question is would inserts would work the same if not better than new motor mounts? Do you suggest I just put the inserts or completely change the mounts?

Hey I been lookin all around for some good motor mount and look at the hasport. But the don't have a swap kit for a 92 accord or will the EGH1 work for my car. any help with this.................

The best way to go is to buy new stock mounts and fill em with polyurethane. Thats imo the best option.

no the civic motor swap mounts from hasport will not work because we have a totally different mount system than the civic, you best bet is fill your mount with polyurethane because it is cheaper and work the same by giving you a solid mount that doesn't flex like the stock non filled type.

well i used the inserst on my teggy ,,,and i loved it ,,i think filling it with poly will be too rough

if you are going for ebay , DONT BUY from ABCMARTS , they'll send you crap motor mounts. Front mounts are bent
