i have a 91 accord and my temp gauge just shoots straight up is there fuse or something that i could check to get it to work right.

its the coolant temperature sending sensor has gone bad, its a little sensor under the distributor with one red wire in it, u have 2 change the sensor, i just had that problem like 2 weeks ago

dude, the car dont heat up, the temp guage just goes all the fuckin way to the H, and its pissing me off
, i had to act before anything happend to my cb7, i replaced all the antifreez and its still doing that! wtf, its not cool man, i want to fix this problem asap, i searched but dont found nothing, but this thread, and i didnt want to open one and get it deleted bcuz its a repost ya dig, but my car is fine in all aspects, nothing is wrong with it, just that the temp guage goes up when i tur on the car

Its that temp sending unit. You sure you replaced them with the right ones. I forgot but I think fan switch and temp switch part numbers arent the same. But usually if it shoots up immediately and you know the motor cold the temp switch is bad. most of the time.

dude u probably replaced the wrong sensor, there are 4 sensors, theres 2 under the distributor but a single wire one under it with a red wire, that controls the temp guage, if it goes all the way 2 hot then the sensor is bad. replace that one, u should replace all 4 because they are all probably all gettin old, its not the coolant, if the car doesnt get warm change the thermostat too, and do a proper flush make sure there is no air in the system1990 Accord EX Sold
