Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    h23 swap

    So i am gonna swap an h23 in my cb, couple of questions i couldn't find answers for.... h23 came out of an auto prelude and i wont to use my 5 spd tranny, will everthing line up ok, or will there have to be some mods? and i have the auto p14 will that work with a 5 spd? did some searching these are the only things i couldn't get answers to.

    93 accord: F22A swap,T3/T4 turbo, tail wastegate, front mount 27x13x3, hks turbo timer, turbo xs boost controller, msd igintion, 3in downpipe, crane cam 11mm plug wires, denso plugs, no ac or ps,wire tuck, cutted insides, one seat, auto meter boost gauge,oil pressure, a/f,and 5 in tach,act clutch and flywheel.

    93 prelude: jdm headlights,OEM carbon fiber hood, tein lowering springs, work racing rims with kumho tires, msd wires and denso plugs,type r shift boot

      yeah i thnk the f22 tranny is gone mate up just fine i am realy wondering about the ecu....

          1. If you read the swap sticky you would know its a direct drop in and all you need to wire up is a knock sensor.

          2. They had manual versions of the H23 they were NOT just auto.

          3. And some searching would have told you H/F transaxles are interchangeable.

          4. P14 works its the stock ECU.

            i figured as much when i read it , but there is no info about ecu will an auto p14 ecu work on a manual setup is all i really need to know!!! Sorry!!!

              i would imagine you will need a manual transmition p14 to run a MANUAL tranny. i wonder why nobody caught that yet? everything else should bolt right up except the knock sensor you will need.

                well i have a chipped po6 that should work if i get a base map burned right???I have a p28 if not and thats gotta wrk...

                I dnt have a chip burner, but i do have a paypal account and can send some1 funds if they can send me a base map burned on a chip!!!!!

                I need chip (sst 27sf512) with h23a1 base map...
                Shipped to 97405...

                  MIght wanna ask mrx/d112. And yes the p06 will work and if you get that you wont have to wire in the knock sensor.
