okay, ive been told, inorder to take out your exaust manifold cover you have to bend the heat reflecter by the alternator (done that), then you have to unbolt the screws (done and redone that), and he told me you have to bend the AC piping that is aluminum so you can get it out. OMG AC!!! how far will it bend without breaking or can i unscrew it without damaging it! if you have pictures please post on here. i need all the help i can get. thanks.

You shouldn't bend them ever. Stay on the safe side.
Simply get different tools and go at it. Normally you can just rip the shield right off without ever getting to much into it, especially if it's rusty.90 4Dr.CB7, 416,XXX KMS and still running like a champ! -
When did you have to bend stuff. I unbolted and wiggled the heat shield out....

ya, you dont have to bend any lines, all you have to do is wiggle it out. just keep wiggiling, bc i thought i had to unbolt something else to something bc i didnt think that it would come out.

yeah, see, the bottom of the heat sheild itself is way longer underneath so it goes under the exaust pipe from the manifold. so when it bends to cover the underneath of the exaust the excess cover is longer then i can pry it out to stop it from hitting anything. and thats why i was asking.1991 HONDA ACCORD LX (MY BABY) COLD AIR, FULL EXHAUST.
