ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

its a short to ground.... it shouldent keep blowing like that, if you have ANY after market electrical devices in there, you somhow tied into that already crazy sensitive circut.... but check your rear-lights to make sure all the connectors are in good shape anyway... im sorry i dont have a wiring diagram for you... check mitchual, or haynes

its a possibility that theres not enough resistiance in the lights you used, (are the bulbs the same?) but id re-check all my connections just to make sure, it really sounds like a short

i was just thinking b/c i do that ya know!! your odometer runs off of this *** little steper motor (i know, iv taken these things apart manny times, manny moons ago) and if this *** little steper motors not working, im more then willing to bet it didnt "just blow" or "just stop working" so then, my question to you is.... has it ever worked? have you ever taken the cluster out EVER, or has a friend? the reason i ask... is beacuse this preticular cluster (4th gen. accords) have a really stupid setup going for them, each of those tiny little gold + type screws back there hold a component (or load device) in place... ie, your speedo, tach, odometer steper motor... now, if their not re-installed ever so gently and carfully, youll notice, a component on the cluster will not work... the reason, is that those little gold screws actully compleat a circut, and the tiny thread-like wires (uninsulated) that lead up to the base of where the screw goes in, break so easy, youd never even know unless you looked...

i have that same problem but my fuse only goes out if i hit a bump real hard or if water gets into my wires. i wired my bottom lights to the corners and when it rained the water would get down in between the tape and it would blow. so i waited till it dried then put the fuse back in and its been good. check the wires in your corners and the light on the roof inside
