ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Gives more exhaust flow thus more power. DC headers are expensive. ou can also get an F22A4 header which have the same design as those aftermarket header. It's up to you.

A4 header = 25 bux. (from my junkyard) cant go wrong there. Mebe the DC Sport will get you 1 more horse, but is it worth the money?
Here's a minor hijack. How does the A4 header compare to other headers for the f22 DOHC/h23?
I'm guessing they are the same, just wondering if the DOHC motors like different lenght runners or something.Last edited by Yossarian; 08-18-2007, 11:10 PM.

have you guys weighed the DC vs the A4? When i was installing mine, i was amazed at how much lighter the DC header was vs the A4, I would say its about 10lbs lighter. I currently have had mine since may of 05' and have experienced NO problems with cracking, exhaust leaks or any of the ceramic coating peeling away. Got it on Ebay for 225 with shipping brand new. If you shop on ebay, be sure you look at the REAL picture of the ACTUAL item you are buying. And dont go for the DC sport "style" gimmicks either thats the bad stuff. hope that makes your decision easier.

when i installed my exhaust headers it was like 8/10. the header wouldn't slide on. i had to take off the front mount bolt, slide the header in, bolt it. and stick the bolt back on the mount.
plus, i got dc sports headers, and wow it did a major difference. it accels quick.miss my turbo cb7
moved onto volvos. dont know how that happened, just did

9/10 to put headers on a car, but also depends what type of car. I put megan racing headers on a 2001 civic and the hard part was taking the O2 sensor off the old one and putting on the new one. When taking off the O2 sensor, make sure the down pipe is warm. I tried to remove the O2 when the pipe was cold and it was stuck on there pretty good.
