Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    power failure

    hey guys, well i got a few problems with my car.
    1) wipers don't work, the only thing that works is the first speed on the wipers and 2nd, 3rd, and mist don't work at all.

    2) sunroof doesn't work as in when you press the button to open the sunroof it won't open.

    3) my drl unit under the dash makes a buzzing noise everytime my drl is on.

    4) rear defroster doesn't work

    I check all the fuses and they are fine, my guess is its a grounding issue but not really sure where to look. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

    (1) Might be the switch itself.
    (2) may be the switch if not, bad motor...
    (3) i dont know if its normal or not cus where im from they dont come with the car.
    (4) defrost lines on rear windshield might be cut/messed up or not connected??
    you said you checked the fuses...does the defrost button's orange light come on?

      hey thanks for the suggestions, i'll check em out, the thing is everything was working fine like a few days ago. I did have this weird problem before everything stopped working: everytime i used the mist, the radio shuts down and the sunroof would stop; i solved the radio issue by running the ground directly to the battery.

      seems like you might be right about the rear defroster button cause the light doesn't come on.
