ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

very cool, yea i havn't really looked around too much down there yet so, thanks for the infoOriginally posted by Gettin_faster91Not at all.. not needed.. The studs have these like grooves that holds them in place, well keeps them from spinning in the hub. But it's really easy just rotate the rotor while looking on the back side and you will see a hole. Just line it up with the broken stud. Knock out the old one and insert the new one. It really is that easy.

Well today I just got done replacing four wheel studs on my brother's 91 integra. However, on the integra, since my brother just bought his car we don't know how old the wheel bearings were so we just went ahead with pulling the front hub off with a slide hammer - this tool was alsome; it tool about five hits, and it was off. My suggestion for you since you just had your wheel bearings and rotors replaced I think the safest way without damaging your bearings would be to take off the whole knuckle. Then you take off the four 12-point bolts behind the knuckle that holds on to the wheel bearing. Next, find a socket, big enough to cover the outter diameter of the wheel bearing, to use for pounding the wheel bearing/hub assembly out. When it's out, take off the rotor and punch out the broken stud. Insert new stud in from behind the hub. On the front side of the hub, you could use either a big nut or some washers to serve as spacers. Finally, you just simply srew in a lug nut and tighten it until the stud comes through (the back of the stud comes in contact with the back of the hub). Well I hope this info was useful.

Yup..this is how you do it. Remove the brake caliper and brake caliper bracket. spin the hub until the bad stud is in the opening. Knock it out with a 2 lb hammer or so. Bang the new stud in. Easy as pie. I did it on my accord, took 15 minutes.Originally posted by cooneyb81The best and easiest way is in the second link. I have had to change studs on my accor and my wifes accord, as far as i could see it is nessicary to take off the bracket. its not that hard and works like a charm.

Oophs, my bad, i have never replaced the studs on an accord but so far on a few, (camry, integra, focus, f-150); therefore, I forgot to take in account that there was probably enough gap between the rotor+hub and the knuckle Because the accord rotors have this funny design (it isn't like the typical rotors) Although, I really think that Honda shouldn't have used the hub over the rotor concept. Anyone agrees?

haha i remember doing this on my sentra. go to the dealer and ask them for the wheel stud. its only a few bucks. basically spray the stud with some pb blaster and tap away. i used a ice pick actually LOL. its a pita and tkaes hard work. putting it back in was easy though. just hammer it in. but that was the sentra. my guess would be that the accord is the same
