ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Read the directions....you can put it in the crank case, gas tank, or use a vaccum line so it goes to the intake manifold and through the rest of the engine from there. Do it SLOWLY though so you don't wreck your engine.Originally posted by tmc_cb7how does the seaform stuff work do I just pour it in some where..? HELP

i've seafoamed my car and she has wayyy more then 150k on her, still runs great, thinking about doing the auto tranny flush pretty soon to. this is just my experience tho. if your engine is well taken care of i dont think there should be any issues using it past 150kOriginally posted by greencb7inkc"Do not use on engines with over 150k on them"

Seafoam removes carbon deposits. Which sometimes are pluggin up holes where oil, fuel and stuff will begin to leak out after you have seafoamed a car. If your car leaks any oil, at all, or burns a single drop. Do not do it. It will make the problem worse. You are cleaning an engine which has adjusted to having those build ups in it, and removing them may cause bigger issues. Such as your valves, rings, and loads of gaskets may begin to leak afterwards. I personally find no reason to do this, but some swear by it. I havent heard yet of a good power gain from doing this, but its your car, just know that you have been warned. Not worth it to me.Originally posted by z31naCan you elaborate? I am one of those that swear by it!
This stuff works wonders with fuel mileage, and performance. We niticed a considerable gain in both in my friends integra....
here is a funny video elaborating why to do it in a well ventilated area...
Ignore my friends ghey ass wing.....

It really is a nice clean car if you take away the wing!

Sorry for kinda jackin the thread!
But yea, seafoam is good stuff!Last edited by dean_harryman; 09-14-2007, 01:22 AM.
