ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

What motor?
What transmission?
Auto or manual?
What ECU?
I'll assume you have an h22.
Are you knocking? If not, check your wiring.
I've never had any hesitation... not sure what you mean by that.
As for the revving up and down, clean your IACV, and adjust the brass screw on the throttle body. Turn it a bit, rev the engine up briefly, and let it settle. Your idle should be around 800... though mine seems to be most comfortable around 900-1000.

its a 92 accord with a jdm h22 with a p13 manual, and yea now that you mention it the car did start reving up and down after my mech turned the screw in the throtttle body .... wat do u mean by knocking??? i mean now i do seem to hear the valves a little louder then usually....wat could dat mean?

Knocking... what the knock sensor detects. The knock sensor is a microphone, and it listens for rod knock... which is literally that... your internal parts knocking (or it could also detect detonation, which is an uncontrolled explosion in the combustion chamber... it'll happen if you run less than premium gas). If you're getting a CEL for the knock sensor, there's probably something wrong with the sensor, or the way it's hooked up (if it's hooked up at all).
As for the valves ticking (could also be injectors), that's fairly normal on an H22. Honda motors have very noisy valvetrains and injectors. Adjusting the valves properly would reduce the noise. Switching to a lighter weight oil can also help (acclude91 has a good writeup on 0 weight synthetic oil... I haven't tried it myself yet)
So, to fix the revving... adjust that screw. Clean the IACV (search the DIY section, I believe someone did a writeup... very easy to do). If that doesn't fix it, search for a vacuum leak somewhere. If THAT doesn't fix it... we'll have to look deeper
