I am looking to do the springs and struts on my 1993 accord 5 spd. My questions are Where can I find these for a decent price?(factory and performance) What would a factory setup cost me? And the cost of a performance setup? Thanks for the help

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Performance lowering springs would cost less than OEM parts from the dealer. Ebay or a local performance parts store is your best bet. Lowering springs cost anywhere between $100 and $350. Shocks cost close to $500-$600 for a set of four. Full coil-over systems like TEIN average at around $1000 for the set.

Everywhere. I researched my setup pretty thouroughly before I installed it, to begin with you need to decide what you want. How much of a drop could you tolerate?Search the forums for "suspension set ups" and read through the different combos. The wiki has a pretty good list of springs/struts to use. Make sure you match them up correctly. I just installed my Tokico set today-I love it! I ended up getting the Illumina set for $800 at ICB motorsport.
I'm not sure what a factory setup would cost, but there's really no reason to use the OEM when you can get a close match that offers more performance.

I think all my shocks are blown so it still works ok but squeaking over bumps and stuff.
so unless I can find used spring/struts from the junkyards, I'll need to pony up for new ones.
but Im not looking for high quality race setup since honestly I don't think it's worth it on a hooptie like a cb7. I rather save up and get a better car next summer.
but if I need to swap it anyways I might as well lower it.
but setups are like 200 for the shocks and 120 for the springs plus install.
I have never done this myself but I would like to install them myself. But its getting cold here and my garage isnt heated so I'll be paying some dude.1993 Honda Accord EX-R Coupe Granada Black Pearl
