ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Anyone have this?

I have a 1993 Accord F22A1 and Im going to be putting on a cat back exhaust. It is a Ebay cat-back made by Tsudo racing. My question is does anyone else have this exhaust installed? If so how easily did it install?
    Thanks

Well Im glad to here it goes on real easy. But why does it get annoying fast? Does it have a lot of interior droning? Too loud?

With the silencer tip removed, the droning at highway speeds will quickly set your teeth on edge. It's irritating as all get out. I have a Tenrai exhaust that's basically the same thing, and to DD the car I have to run it with the silencer in.

To remove your old exhaust, you're going to need to get the car up in the air far enough to get some good room to move around underneath the car. You'll also need some good penetrating fluid like PB Blaster. Spray the hardware liberally and make sure you have something to give you plenty of leverage: i.e. breaker bar, piece of pipe or an impact wrench. Also, don't forget to lube up the rubber exhaust hangers. It'll make them a lot easier to remove and reinstall.

Thats what I was afraid of is droning. Lol but it doesnt bother me too much as everybody that rides with me. But with the silencer in it isnt too loud? That what Im kinda wondering. I will probably have my uncle install it, due to the fact that he has a lift and would install my test pipe too. Not really any shops around where Im at that will install my test pipe

              re

Too late for that. I already have the exhaust just waiting to go on. I got it mainly due to the fact that it was about $60 cheaper than any exhuast place around my area would even bend only pipe for.

yeah those Ebay tsudo exhausts are pretty loud, actually really loud without any kind of silencer. I doubt they have any resonators to deaden the sound, that's probably why.

May I ask why your going with a test pipe over a high-flow cat?

The test pipe along with the tsudo exhaust will be damn loud.

The exhaust actually does have a resonator and a silencer to go with it as well. Which was kinda a surprise to me. But loudness doesnt really bother me though.

don't get a cheap ebay exhaust get a custom pipe and a muffler welded on and don't get a test pipe either those are for turbo applications no good on an na motor plus it's also illegal if you have to go through emissions...
back to do it again... no flipping of accords this time!!!

tsudo isnt a ebay brand. ebay stores just buy the exhausts and sell them there. i have a tsudo exhaust on my car. the only thing i can suggest to you is to keep your cat. i have mine taken off and it is extremly loud now. it had a nice tone with the cat on but i am looking more towards my turbo build so i took my cat off. they are a good exhaust to have.
