ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Head Swap?

some people are against headswaps due to the level of maintenance required to keep them healthy but id say the popular headswaps are jdm f22b and the h23
either should run you a few hundred dollars but most engine companies dont sell headswaps. your best bet is to check the classifieds on here and wait for an h23 head and IM to pop up and then PM the person about it
goodluck

along with those bad things are good things. I'm doing the head swap (h23a head) and as long as you fill in a blind hole with honda bond, it's all smooth sailing. There is a cluster fuck of parts needed between a p14 (h23a) lower crank gear, an f23 head gasket (to meet the bore of the 85mm f22 and the 87mm h23 in the middle - the f23's bore is 86), and an h23 timing belt (some people prefer a 95 gsr for a more snug fitment). Also with the h23a head swap, you can reuse your f22ax exhaust manifold...same port size, same bolt pattern. You don't have to get the complete h23 IM though. I'll be running an f22a6 (cuz it has the butterflies), so I can keep my stock tb (for now
). But the f22a6 runners bolt right up to the head, once again, same port size, same bolt pattern.
Here's the true DIY written on it. I suggest you read every post twice on this thread, then go to hondoogle.com (courtesy of accord r33) and search "h23 head swap" and read every single post you can find.
here's the link to the DIY here-
