ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

I think what he's trying to say is that the H22 has an internal coil (in the distributor) if it's stock. You'll have to buy a distributor cap that will allow you to use that external coil.

I know that if it already had the external coil, there are 3 wires and 2 are spliced together onto 1 terminal to use an aftermarket coil (I believe it's a red and yellow wire ). With an internal coil setup I'm not sure how to wire it.

that accel is a direct swap for internal coil distributors.

if it is external, you need to buy the coils that are shaped like a canister.

Yes, I was saying that the coil is integral to the distributer. I didn't know that the Accel coil was a direct swap for the distributer's coil...I've never heard of something like this. My bad.

If it is plug-and-play, however, why is there a question as to the wiring?

only one way to find out. ask the OP.

did you have to open the distributor to access the coil?

Hey I have the same exact coil. Except, i'm running it on my f22. And yes, it suppose to work with a few other hondas that uses the internal coil. The coil went right with no issues. Oh, and yes it's inside of the distributor cap.

is there a way to test the distributor? because i have some fire ...the engine starts. after a moment the engine stall and i chek if i have some fire and i dont.i think its the distributor.also when it runs i let it at 3000rpm and it runs really bad...like on 3 cilinders or heaven 2

a guy told me to swap an distributor w/internal coil...whats involve in that?cutting and fitting wires?for now i have a external one.

so is there a way to test this son of a bi*** distributor

                            thanks
