Strut Problem

My Driverside Strut makes a squeeking noise when i go over bumps could that be a bushing or sonething else?

If it is specific to weather like the colder it is the louder the squeak then yeah probably a bushing but if its consistent I would say the strut is bad

Here's what you can do in under 1 minute.

1] Push down and release quickly the driver side strut to determine where the squeal is coming from

2] Check all bushings for worn or cracked rubber

Probably the spring rubber are worn.
Probably the spring itself if worn due to old age.

It may be the sway bar bushings that mount to the chassis. Grease between the sway bar and the bushing. This is more likely is the noise is temperature related.

QUick Q do u have any camber kits ... if u do the ankor bolt in paticular the squeek alot well thats my part...peace!!

My car does the same thing. When it's cold or has been sitting for a while it tends to do some squeaks. After driving a while during warm weather it goes away. See how much of a difference there is between the cold weather runs and warm weather driving.

My car tends to do that also every morning. If it is the bushings is it something that will damage the car in time and should be changed immediately?
