Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    one touch sunroof

    has anybody ever though/done a one touch sunroof button like the driver window? im tired of holding it lol

    I don't know of anyone that has, but it could probably be done easily enough. Hit a junkyard and grab a sunroof switch and an auto door switch... see if you can take the 1 touch parts and work them into the sunroof switch

        you should totally do that.sometimes my roof takes a while to go back and i get tired of holding it.

            I would like to do the same thing. the new accord don't have that feature? I wanted to make my passenger side auto as well, has anyone done that? i took apart The driver side and looked at the Auto part and it does not look like i can do so by the way it was made. so to use that part on the sunroof does not look like it could work or i could be wrong ( I hope)

              aww_sheit has all 4 power windows converted to auto

                Omar(aww_shiet) has a setup from a company called DEI. It makes the rear windows 1-touch up or down, but i dont think its both. And the fronts are 1-touch up AND down. Plus i think it can also be set up so that when you arm an alarm, if the windows are down, they automatically roll-up.

                I know for a fact that the 2000 accord 4cyl coupes had 1-touch open sunroofs. I really hope its as easy as getting the button/switch and maybe a harness or a few wires.

                Something else i was contemplating is that the same car had the option for the sunroof to vent up.

                  2000 means 98-02... and they're starting to appear in junkyards Might not ALL be like that, just like there are differences between the early and late model CB7s.

                      tired of holding it?!?!? HA HA Well check and see if you can get a switch to install so you dont have to hold it anymore! Later!

                        window/sunroof

                        if anybody finds out how to get that working that would be nice . if im not mistaking the window switches has this little peice in them that keeps the button down intil the window session is compleate . and also the window switches in the 96-99 acura cl has the one touch for the pass and the driver
