what do you guys think of the OBX turbo manifolds? any good? i was going to use a DSM manifold but the guys at the shop keep trying to talk me into the OBX.

OBX has always been a knockoff company... and they still are. Their quality has gotten better over the years, though. I would say a new OBX manifold would be at least as good as a used DSM manifold... probably better. No modifications to make, and it's tubular steel, not cast iron.
How much are you looking to pay for the OBX one? That's the main reason people go with the DSM manifold... price. It's not that it's better... just that it's cheap, and it works.

I found one for a little over 200 new.
So what you are saying is they perform about the same with the exception of not having to grind the block with the OBX and the OBX is a lot more attractive.

I'm really considering buying one. I like the custom look they offer.
