The Life of My CD5 *PIX*

I have had this car for about 3 full months now, and I am
always making changes to her. I thought I would share
with you guys some pictures from when I first bought her.
To what it looks like currently.
-Enjoy.

A couple days after I purchased her.
18inch wheels. cut springs. bad tint job.
broken headlights. no bumper lights.


Still has big wheels. cut springs. ugly taillights. and bad tint


Still all of the above, but added 10K Hid's


FINALLY ! Got rid of the 18's, added OEM bumper lights, and new
headlights.


Took the mag wheels off, and added these 2001 Accord Se's.
It looks funny without it being lowered.


Got rid of those cheap ebay taillights. And got ahold of some mint OEM tails.
I customized them, and took out the yellow reflector, and adding a light
on the top red portion. That way there is a light on both red sections of the lights. Looks good. It still has a shitty tint job though.


YET ANOTHER IMPROVEMENT! I got time to take the old faded tint
off. And replaced it with 20% all around. Looks much cleaner. Also, I added
the dropzone coilovers. I would not reccomend these for slammed vehicles.


Added my 10hp Jordan Sticker. He's my inspiration.


Upgraded the car with a Wings West Front Lip.


Got a great deal on some Excel 17inch wheels. So I slapped those on.





And that ladies and gentlemen is the life of my accord. I've only had her
for 3 months and shes (in my eyes) gets nicer all the time. I myself,
has always loved the cb7 body lines. And owning this car is really taking
my mind of the cb7.

I hope you enjoy, and this thread will be updating as I keep doing stuff

Nice and clean. Love the progress so far. Doing good work. I used to have a CD coupe, and the more I look at them, I miss it. But when I had the CD, I missed the CB I think it's going to be a never ending cycle until I can own both!

Thanks mang, I've always liked black cars with white wheels. Something
about the contrast of the two colors.

Thanks bro, I am actually in the same boat. I'm working on having both
the CD, and the CB7. But first I want to get a newer motorcycle. Then
the cb7.

It was weird. I was searching for the past month on ebay, and craigslist.
Then one day, I went on craigslist, and it was there. He wanted 250.00.
I met him, and talked him down to $100.00.

you can really tell the difference in contour between the 94-95 front bumper cover and 96-97 when you look at that lip. Its definitely more pronounced than I thought it would be.

I like those tints, I'm guessing 20% all around are legal over there. It's 35% here in IL though.
