im getting a drivers permit soon and my friends are telling me i need to wait a month to take the test after my b-day.

I took the test before my birthday and I got my license on my birthday so unless the laws in your state are different then no. -
It is going to depend on what state you are in, they all have different laws regarding licensing. Check with your state DMV website, you should be able to find all the info you need there!Comment
