    Sponsorship

I have had a few pm's asking if I offer any sort of sponsorship. After thinking long and hard about it I have decided to offer three sponsorship spots.
    1. f22? Accord
    2. Swapped Accord
    3. Open
What all that entails in the sponsorship will be discussed upon acceptance into the program.
    What am I looking for?
Someone who is very active in the import car world (drag, auto cross, scca, shows, ect)
If your car is not in perfect condition that won't count you out, being a good car person does not mean you have to perfect paint, but having a clean engine bay is important. How you take care of your car reflects upon you.
This sponsorship will last for a year, and then the process will start over again.
If you are interested and think you can meet my standards then click on the attachment on this post, and email it to racingperformance@evansville.net

Application dead line is Dec 15th, 2007. The spots will be announced on Jan 1, 2008

this maybe a dumb question but what all does your sponsorship cover/ do? I haven't read up on what they do or anything but I would like one. I know its confusing but I just want to know what you offer I guess would be the right question
            Maple50175 - you're annoying =P
Brandoncb7 - I don't mean to come across like an ass but I see why you irritate Aaron now.
JoshM - Crotch rocket = chick magnet.

You might want to lay out the requirements and terms here in detail, Jared... or you're going to get a ton of kids with bone stock $700 Accords that have never seen a track in their life asking for sponsorship (ie: free/cheap parts!) People think being sponsored means getting stuff for free. There are plenty of people on here that actually participate in events, but there are far more that want something for nothing.

Before you bug Jared for sponsorship, understand that you MUST be willing and able to participate in events. Shows will get his products seen, and racing will get the function of those products seen. A few Friday nights at the local burger joint with your car buddies, the occasional test and tune night at the track, or one autocross a year PROBABLY wouldn't qualify you (and if I were offering sponsorship, I wouldn't accept such limited participation)

I wish I could apply, Jared... but I don't meet the requirements myself! I'll still rep your parts though

well what about local races at my local race track? Does that count? They have midnight madness here in memphis, tn and I try to go to them when I can. Granted I don't make them all cause of work but I do go. And will go if I have performance parts.

So what are the requirements? I want to see if I stand up for the f22

Sorry for not being as clear. As far as what I would like to see, deevergote is correct. Now as to our relationship, it really just depends on the car and what me and the person can agree to. Too many things to list really. Based on how active the person is, or how much his car is seen, that will decided a lot on the cost of the parts, if any.

also just because you dont go to shows does not mean you wont get it. I am a drag racer myself. I just want someone who is involved with the local area. If you travel to shows like nopi thats fine too. The only real requirement is that you participate in your local car scene

This is also not just for turbo cars. I am a welder so i can make a lot more parts as needed, so n/a guys dont be shy when asking for an application.
