what's causing this

Here's a pic of what i'm talking about, is it just the headlight mount? I know that its broken, the outside bolt doesnt even thread on that side.

the entire bumper is low on the drivers side, headlight included. I can go take some more straight on pictures in a little bit.

looks like it was wrecked. The passenger side looks pushed in from the pic also.

yeah i know it was wrecked at one time, and the front seems to be in decent condition. The one side being pushed in isnt very noticeable, and i was taking all of that apart anyways at some point to see what i can do to line it up perfectly, but the big thing right now is that drivers side. I'm not sure if the headlight mount is supposed to hold up the bumper or not, it is most definately broken though, i could see a big break on one part of it and the bolt doesnt thread into it. Any ideas?

i just went out and checked it more closely and it isnt actually pushed in on the passenger side, just not bolted on all the way on the drivers side. Related to the mount over there?

i just put new corners in and with ones that line up right, its apparent that i should just take apart the whole front and see what isnt bolted on right, one of my headlight brackets is missing a bolt, and since the driver one is broken i cant tell what the right way theyre supposed to go on is. Can someone maybe take a picture of the brackets, with the hood up so i can see how that's supposed to look?
