Well tonight i Used the great do it yourself write-up from this site to remove my bumper to see if i could align it where it would fit correctly.
Lost story short i took the bumper off to find that the driver side mount was mangled beyond repair. So now im basically looking for a bumper. (the inner bumper & mounts) for my 90 LX.
If anyone on the site can point me in the right direction as to where i could get the pieces i need and what kinda prices i can look to be paying i'd really apreciate it.
