        You need
A hub adapter. This is the part with the correct splines.
A hub. This bolts to adapter and you bolt the wheel to it.
The hub can be solid (stayes on adapter) or quick change (pops off adapter)
Air bag just unscrews and unplugs.

CB7 will use a "short" hub adapter if you want the original position of the wheel.
You would need to get for a 94-97 integra or 92-96 civic or 90-93 Accord. All the same.

Don't know about ebay brands but if these are the $50 buck ones you will get what you pay for.
A NRG will run $200 or so without a wheel or lock cover. Add $100 for a lock cover.
And whatever you want to spend on a wheel.

Original wheel size is about 360mm.
You can go down to 330mm with out geting stupid small.

                          Your on the right track.

If you don't mind the extra cost consider the V 2.5
I use mine a security so it is removed often and the 2.5 handy.

the "hub" in your terms is known as a quick release everywhere else in the world.

Not necessary, and you can run a wheel with just the "hub adapter" alone.

Just to clear that up, but everything else sums up putting an aftermarket wheel on our cars.

Using a hub adapter puts the aftermarket wheel just about the same distance away from you as stock

Normal length hub adapter + quick release = an extra 4" closer to you and looks goofy.

short hub adapter + quick release = almost the same distance away from you as stock.

Nardi and Personal wheels use DIFFERENT bolt patterns than Momo, and Sparco

Nardi wheels have a bolting hole starting at 12 o'clock whereas momo/sparco have bolting holes starting at 10 and 2o'clock. If you have a quick release from NRG you can use both because the have both bolt patterns. If you have a momo hub and want to buy a nardi/personal wheel, you can buy a nardi/personal bolt adapter that will go on your hub, only an extra half inch.
