    Clear coat is going

If theres one thing that drive me nucking futz, its peeling car paint. Well the clear coat just started to go on my accord. It's a little larger than the size of a quarter. It's right by the antenna. Is there anything I can do to try to prevent it from spreading anymore? The general concensus I get is that once it starts you are fucked.

Oh and before someone says, "why didn't you wax"!?!

I did every six months, however the area that is peeling was repainted before I bought the car and it was done half assed.

Last, I have Honda touch up paint. Is this a bad idea to use on the area?

Thats what I hate. You kind of lose your joy of washing and waxing.

However, I think there might be a light at the end of the tunnel. My car was repainted in some area before I bought it. The area that is peeling is one of those areas where they blended into the factory paint. Where the paint has already peeled I can see the factory paint in pristine condition underneath. It matches the trunk lid perfectly which must be factory paint.

So hopefully accordztech can work some magic!!!
