that epoxy clay stuff is pretty cool, thats what i used when i originally did mine... gets all over your fingers tho :\ but holds well, and is harder than bondo. just dont flex the grille at all, that stuff cracks a bit easier than bondo, its more brittle.

              grille looks really good

                thanks

i must be pretty good to be able to copy yours eventhough you started yours after mine was already finished.

and yea, that epoxy stuff worked well. had to scrub like hell to get the smell off my fingers, but im happy with the turnout

looks good, this the type of mesh we did on my friend's 6th gen grill (gotten from homedepot as well) the diamonds are wider...

ill think ill change mine to smaller diamoinds since i used whatever mesh i could find in the metals workshop...

yea, that 6th gen looks good with the wider mesh, but since our grills are so narrow... having the tighter diamonds turns out better, imo.

Yeah they look good. Don't forget that if you're using your stock 92-93 grill, it will be much more work.

I still have like a FULL roll of gutter guard LOL. it was only 2.67 for the roll and I could do like 60+ grills with it. too bad it is too flimsy to ship. I would juts cut chunks and ship them to people that want to do this.
