Chrome CB7

I am going paint my coupe soon and i really like the shinny silver/gunmetal look... and iv started to see alot of chrome and high reflective paints out there. I tried googling pictures but there apear to be none. Anyone have thought/experience with different colors on there CB ?

PS- I remember seeing a member on here that was polishing his hood but i never saw the finished product.

That's funny. Thought about doing a chrome cb7 too, but decided not to. Dont think it's been done yet, so good luck. Dying to see one

you can actually get it wrapped in vinyl that looks just like chrome

Unless they have come out with a new chrome vinyl in the last year or so I would be hesitant to try to do a chrome wrap. I contacted a sponsor of mine who does all my vinyls about doing chrome numbers and lettering on some of my cars and he said he doesn't even stock it because it scratches so easy. He told me it is usually scratched while being put on. Just food for thought. It would look cool but might not hold up.

just because it looks ok on some of the cars posted, doesnt mean it'll look good on a CB

Get someone to photo shop it first before you waste time and money. Those newer cars have extreme body lines compared to the cb.
