I wouldn't think much, should just fit right up. I might be wrong though, I'm sure someone will correct me.

The bumper will fit with no modifications however if you are picky with cosmetics, you might want to change out the headlights and grille to the same year 92-93. The 92-93 bumper has a slight lip where it centers with the grille so it will push your 90-91 grille up more flush with the hood line. (It will become apparent what I mean when you put the bumper on. That said if you fix that issue with a 92-93 grille, a set of 92-93 headlights will make the area more flush and cosmetically correct.

Another fix you could do is actually shave that lip down flush to the bumpers original line. That would make the 90-91 grille and headlights fit with no conversion.

(Note None of the above modifications are necessary to get the bumper to bolt on. These are just the two options you have if u want to do a full 92-93 front conversion or mod the 90-91 lamps/grille to fit a 92-93 bumper like oem.

          To add to Warudakumi's post:

The headlights, corner lights and grill on a 92-93 are different than a 90-91. They curve out more, therefore the 90-91 set up will sit "behind" the 92-93 bumper. It isn't that bad though.

Also, you will want to get the 92-93 bumper support if it doesn't come with it. I could not for the life of me get the 92-93 bumper skin to fit on a 90-91 bumper support. I did the bumper swap 3-4 years ago.
