"side sill" or side skirt clips '93 EX

#30 CLIP, SIDE SILL GARNISH (UPPER)
    #27 CLIP, GARNISH

So, I have a 1993 EX & over the years I guess the clips for the side skirts have fallen off. How are the #27 & #30 held onto the body? Does #30 get placed onto the actual body of the car, then the side skirt, then just screwed in with #27? Or or is #30 just clipped onto the actual side skirt then screwed up with #27? Sorry to be confusing.

All of the clips are basically gone & I am not sure how they are supposed to be. Sorry to sound to dumb.

    for removal:
    - remove mudflaps
    - the screw clips (#27) are removed first
    - the sideskirt is pushed forward, separating it from all of the body clips (#30) leaving the clips attached to the car
    - the body clips are then individually removed from the body

    for installation:
    - the body clips (#30) get pulled out of the body, and reattached to the sideskirt
    - snap the sideskirt into place by pushing it onto the body, securing all of the body clips at the same time
    - then the screw clips (#27) are installed to lock it in
    - reinstall mudflaps.

I tried doing it that way and it didn't work so I had to use a bit of force, reinstall was the same at though.
sold! But here's my build thread for those interested.
