    Cb7 Exhaust Differences??

Alright, just wondering if anyone can answer this one for me.

Take a look at the picture below

ONE is the exhaust that I am wondering will fit my car

TWO is the exhaust that came stock on my car

I have a 1993 Accord EX, but its a Canadian EX, which meens it would be like an LX I would imagine... I've only seen these nice dual exhausts on the American EX models, or the Canadian EXR models.. I was wondering if I could buy a new OEM dual exhaust anywhere, and it would fit on my car..

    anyone know. thank you.

you can install any dual-tip muffler on your car with no problem. if you want the true gains of the oem dual exhaust, you'll need the 4-2-1 header, and perhaps the rest of the piping, if the diameter is different from the lower trim levels' exhaust.

that canister flows no better than the one you have on your car now, its too insignificant to do anything. just get a performance exhaust, it should run much more than buying that canister and having it welded to your pipe

Just a clarification... I'm not wondering about this in regards to performance gains.. I already have a performance exhaust, but I'm getting really tired of constantly being harassed by the police, and am growing a tad weiry of the import tuneing scene to be quite honnest...

I was just wondering if it matters at all.. would number ONE fit in place of number TWO?

Gutterslide... are you saying that I need some kind of ebay header before I was to upgrade to the dual exhaust?

no, i meant the oem 4-2-1 header. an aftermarket should give better results, and be lighter, but i'd recommend the oem one before some no-name ebay header. that being said, stictly for looks, you can install any type of muffler or tips you want.

When I got my performance exhaust installed, I ditched my shitty oem pee shooter exhaust... The performance exhaust that I have is a full catback. is there any way I can order a full catback dual OEM exhaust, and replace the performance one with it?

there were no oem duals for 4th gens so customization would be required.

i'd just get a new, factory-looking muffler, and maybe a nice resonator.

Okay, yes, thats what I ment. Is it possible to buy an OEM dual tip exhaust for the 92-93 cb7 EX, and it would fit my car even though it is an LX?

My engine is an f22a1, and some EX's have higher grade engines such as f22a6... does this effect the OEM catback exhaust?
