New grill!

My new grill! I painted the one i had before black and then put my old accord emblem, which i removed from the back, right smack in the middle(for the most part anyways). Here she is, what do you all think? Im getting some headlight covers in the future too, so the front will be nice and uniform black as im gonna get black bumper lenses and do something with the fogs.

How'd you attatch the emblem?

Magic! and pixie dust! Actuall, i used double sided tape, heavy duty style. I put it on the emblem, put it on the grill, and then put more of it on the opposite side of the grill so that it would keep it nice and firm and in place.

Did you make the grill from the DIY from this site or was it a personal method? I want to make one for my 92 LX and I love its look. Any ideas?

well, its more like a foam than a tape, its really durable like weatherstriping type. i did this bymyself through a method different than the one on this site. I just took a piece of gutter guard from the home depot and cut it and bent it to be the same size and shape as the original one. I then used sheet metal screws to attach it to the bumper. Im thinking about doing a diy for it, and you may have conviced me to do such. This method requires no bondo or tools other than tin snips and screws and paint if you want it.

I do as well. I have my fogs under the grill. I will get a pic soon for you. I love the grill! I am going to do myself one of those when I get time. Good job boxer
