installing mesh on bottom grill?

can anyone tell me how to install a home-made grille on the bottom grille section without taking off the bumper? I have some ideas but just wanted to know if anyone has done it themselves.....thanks

i just slipped one up in there once, but i didnt much care for it and it was hardly noticable. i just slipped it in through the bottom and it fit in behind the bumper and was in that lower section.
