    Anti rust module

At work we are starting to install anti rust modules in new cars. This is at a Honda dealership which now has this option package which costs almost a $1000. It's really easy to install and apprentely it slows down the corrosion by 97%. The package also comes with a protectant wax and some upgraded scott guard for the interior. I know they have these selling at other places, but the one that Honda uses is tested and prooven. Now I'm wondering if someone were to get some body work and paint done, would this module which runs off the battery and all the extra protectant really work? It could be just a gimmick, but then again it could really work and it avoids all the oil being put on your car whenever you get it undercoated.

Yes that's what the salesman of the module said, he said that they have been prooven with boats and subs which you said are constantly in salt. I will find out which ones they are using at work, but it's not the one you have in mind

I really dont think they are a scam/gimmick I guess only time will tell with them on cars, but as for boats they have already been prooven throughout the years

Does anyone here know what boats and subs are actually made out of? Just cause they use 'em on boats and subs does not mean subs and boats are made out of the same metals which I am sure are chemically treated as well as being alloys that oxidize the least.

This is true, but the package that they sell at Honda has all the extra liquid chemicals along with the module. Now the module itself runs for about $200-300 for a decent one and the package that they sell at dealerships cost nearly $1000, so I think you can get the whole package, but it is expensive

Should try just the module by itself. Then the other stuff by itself.
