Blendin Jet Black Paint/keyed

hey my friend has a Jet Black Honda accord and someone Keyed it like this over the door panel (/\/\/\/\) its about 4 inches by 3 and it looks ugly. He tried touch up paint but he realy messd up. Was wonderin if this sounds like a good idea.

I can do this.
Get Jet black spray paint, Black primer and some clear coat.

Ill tape around it and get it ready, Prime it with spray primer, sand it smooth, and paint it, let it dry and then clear coat it.

Sound good? And another thing how many layers of Black paint should I use and clear coat? Its a shiny black. Can I use paint from walmart like Duplicolor since its so small? Please if u have any info respond THANKS!

I would just sand down the whole door etc then primer it then paint it. It should work out well

Yea but it doesnt have to be perfect he just wants it better than what he got now looks like he put nail polish on it but it was thatt scratch blend stuff but its horrible will it come out ok if i did it the way I said? he had it custom Black painted.

Hes gonna have to go back to the shop so they can whip some up for him. Or just do all the prep work and have them do the door over.

I wouldnt be able to just sand out hte rectangle and prime it sand it paint it couple coats than clear coat it? how off will it be? he just doesnt want that key look and its bump now cuz he messsed it up. So I mean will it look half good? I have a good idea on how to paint. Just wonderin if duplicolor jet black will work with clear coat?
