    cf hood in winter

quick question, anyone know how well a mediocre quality CF hood will hold up in really cold winters?

Carbon fiber as a composite has to hold up in most any weather conditions. Would I run one in the winter? No, I wouldnt pay 400+ for a hood and have snow, Ice, road salt, dirt and rocks hurting the hood. Throw the metal one back on for the winter, wrap the CF one up in a valour blanket and let it hibernate for the winter.

me personally take mine off cuz im an anal bastard and if im gonna slide into a car or a snow drift id rather break the lens of a usdm headlight than a jdm one
