Can't get my glovebox open...worked fine, car got stolen and they fucked it all up. It wasn't even locked so I don't know why they couldn't get it open. They tried prying it open with a screwdriver, there are holes all in the top of it.....I tried ripping the shit out of it to break it off. Seems like the latch disconnected from the handle or something. 92 Acura Vigor, any ideas on how to get it open?

I already figured it out...the latch mechanism is all screwed up. I have to stick a flathead screwdriver in the space right above the lock cylinder and push upwards to move the latch portion down. When I got into the glove box, I noticed my sunglasses missing...my registration and extra air fresheners were in there, but no sunglasses so I guess they got into the glove box afterall.....VIP Status.Comment
