Door Panels...

Whats the best way to paint door panels???? i painted them once but they got all sticky and ish......like they wudnt dry r sum.....i was told there is sum type of wax on them and i shud try sanding them first

any help wud be appreciated

clean it real well with rubbing alcohol, scuff, ahesion promotor, paint.

i'd use this kind of paint

later.
