    what grit sandpaper should i use to remove paint on my dash inserts

    ok so the fuck before me painted the dash shit lime fucking green and im on house arrest so im doing lots of little shit to my car right now and i need to know what grit to use to remove this green shit???

    I actually used just a green brillow pad and got the model paint that is ment for plasic, about 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of clear and my interior is bangin!, check my members ride thread for pics so for your situation, I would use a mild paint remover and some very fine sand paper. like 1000 grit

      how long u on house arrest for? my friend was on it for over a year..
      i would go crazy!

        dang id love to get on house arrest lol

        Your just wanting to take it off right...? Id just us a paint thinner to take the paint off and hopefully the "fuck" didnt sand the pieces and leave scratches... but if he did i would do the plastic polish diy

          Personally, I wouldn't sand the dash.
          Try some goo gone, paint thinner, etc to get it off.
          If not, just scrub it with scotch bright, and spray it black.

            enamel reducer should remove the paint without damaging the plastic, but I haven't tried it on interior pieces, so I would test it on spare parts first if you can get ahold of some.
