It was 20 for the ebrake handle, and 21 for both the ebrake boot and shift boot together.

i took mine off to replace it with an aftermarket e-brake handle, but you want to keep yours.

the oem e-brake handle is hot glued on, so you must break this barrier between the vinyl of the cover, and the metal of the actual handle underneath. basically, you have to twist back and forth vigorously for an extended period of time to break the seal of the glue. it takes quite a while, so don't get discouraged if it literally takes a few hours.

i just cut mine off with a razor, but it doesn't seem like you want to go that route.
glad you were able to get it done though, the outcome looks good.

Yeah, I didn't see this thread until the day after I put my new ebrake handle and boot on.

Finally i painted my handle, i took my seats out just to be safe and then i sanded it and cleaned it up and went to town, it turned out a lot better than i had expected, here it is.

              what do you all think?

Looks good. Post up some more pics. Now all you need is the rest of the interior to be black and it will be perfect. Keep up the good work.
