    They're not just for looks,they serve a purpose they help keep the body from flexing in c-pillar area you won't feel it like the rear strut bar.

              Convertibles are built different. The suspension of an converible makes up for the ridgity loss of the car. Meaning that the suspension is a little more beefer.

                    EG and DC rear bars don't fit I tried 2 inches to short.

                        Well I was pretty close to getting one of these....but even the DA one is too short. The reason being is because the coupe being wider at the C-pillar part.(ie remember the Blizz rear window visor being too short on coupes and fits the 4dr.) It wasn't just cm shorter it was a couple of inches when I measured it.
