You don't remove the faces. The white faces or whatever are just overlays.

You gotta bend it alittle bit and really take your time working it around. Once you buy some you'll figure it out.

Yeah, pulling the needles off =

Wasnt there a way to remove the OEM faces and replace them with aftermaret? I used to think there was..

Ive always been a fan of the 6G speedos myself.

I did mine because I prefer the white face gauges. If you take your time, you can get the overlays on without breaking any of the needles.

I've got an old cluster, one day I was messin around with it, managed to pull the speedo needle out and put it back with what I think were no problems, haven't plugged it in yet to see if it works. I like the white face gauges as well, but, have read some horror stories of people swapping em and then the gauges not work

                Easy.

-you slide it through the hole starting with the long tip.
-There is going to have a little space right under the needle. tuck the face under that and then you can slip it over the rear.
                -voila your all done.

I don't have any to show but if people are patient enough until later toinight, I can show a how to with pictures. I know just saying and typing is hard to imagine.

Its easy as cake, once you get it all apart and get down to it its easy to figure out.

                    wat?

no need to remove needles at all, jus stick the needle under the face hole and slide it.
