Sunroof Liner

I have a 4dr Ex Accord and I'm changing the interior of my car from tan to blue with the light blue headliner and trim i have everything off execpt for the liner that covers the sunroof that you can slide back and forth and i cant figure it out i dont mind ripping my tan one down but i want to know how to take out the light blue one that i saw at the junk yard. Any help would be great!

Grab it with your fingers and then pull on it, once it comes off then slowly go around pulling it, and it should come off with no problem.
