Ok I did a little search but couldn't find much. I have a 90 accord with the auto belts... I want to swap in my 92-93 leather seats from my se into my 90. Do I have to swap everything including the seat belts and all other interior parts that have to do with seat belt and seats? Or what? Any help would be great.

to swap just the seats, youll have to get the auto seatbelt assembly and wiring removed from the old seat slider and bolted onto the new seat... which i have no way of confirming if theres bolt holes for it, but pull off the plastic covers from the sides and take a look. otherwise yes youll have to convert your 90 to manual belts, which will require swapping the plastic trim panel from the B pillar up over the front doors, and everything... i believe phatdoughnut posted a DIY how to do that conversion...
