Im just curious as to what interior parts in our cars are vinyl and which are plastic. i would like to redo the interior because it is an awful looking maroon color. i need to know what to dye and what to paint. i need a little guidance thanks

btw, you CAN fiberglass over the dash and paint it. looks better IMO. I've dyed a dash and 'glassed a dash and the 'glass looks better, more custom. oh, and since your in VA Beach i can help you out with any questions you got, just shoot me a pm anytime.

when fiberglassing and smoothing the dash, wouldnt it be best if the vinyl was removed first, or would that likely crack the foam?
