    93EX e-Brake console + Shifter Console .. Into a ..

    90LX .. ?

I know the 90/91's came with the e-brake *centered* .. and I've read up on how
that can be changed to accommodate a centered e-brake, to an off centered one ...
However .. I have an opportunity to purchase both an e-brake console, along with
a shifter console and wanted to know if these two items would fit the 90LX without issue?

It appears that the 93EX shifter console has tabs in front .. to mate it to the e-brake console ..
My 90LX shifter console does not .. ALSO .. will both the 93EX console's work with
the 90LX which, we all know comes with auto belts .. is there gonna be enuff room
to fit the e-brake console in that spot .. without mashing shit up?

I'd like to be able to fit these two units in my 90LX, thereby giving me 4 new *switch* options,
along with a more streamlined appearance ..

Anyone done this swap before? It appears also that I may need to drill two new holes
to seat the e-brake console properly .. unless they've already been added by Honda.

Be cool if this fit .. besides .. no one would ever sit on my cigarettes on the front seat again ..
I'd actually have a place for them, along with my lighter in the console ..

EDIT: bjaccord ... If you're still around .. I wanna talk with you man .. this is way cooool!

looks like you'd have to switch to manual belts, the bulky auto belt buckle would get in the way, you might also need the 93 ebrake handle, because the plate will sit to the side, if i remember right.

and then you would need to change the buckles or get different seats also.

you have to move the ebrake handle to the side by following that guide, and youll need both halves of the 9293 console. if possible get the rearmost mounting tab bracket that bolts to the exhaust tunnel that has mounting tabs for attaching the back of the console, but itll work without it.

secondly, the 9293 console wont fit between your auto belt buckles like phatty said. youd need to convert to regular seatbelts (theres a DIY for that too) and get regular belt buckles on the seats.

No problem, I'm always willing to help someone out.

If there was someone out there doing it right, I think it would be you.

We'll definantly have to get together sometime and chat.
