I have a 91 accord coupe lx the drivers seat has been gettin stuck for about a month now it only move about 4 inches back and forth is the track bad ? Has anyone had this same problem and advice would help

Look in the tracks. Something could be stuck in them. Stuff like loose change can easily fall into the tracks. See if you can find anything.FSAE(F Series Accord Enthusiasts) "A dying breed..." #15
