id probably let it go for free, i cant see why anybody would intentionally "delete" their passenger side mirror. i would assume that the DX'ers with no mirror would be looking to ADD the mirror...

                  U could do this.....

What you found is not really commonly seen on CB's however some civic CX's had that option 2... i don't see how taking off one mirror (safety) can help lower a cars price tag that much. I think it's a dumb thing a car maker can provide to make it more affordable? Why not strip something like the "sound deadning material" or carpet....it'll make things easier for tuners anyways =P

But yeah thats like a annoying thing in my opinion to sacrafice! Like you have to guess how close u are to the curb...u have to look behind ur shoulder all the time to see whats on the side of u etc. Another thing I can't stand on some low base cars is having no RPM tach....

Well one thing i think would be "JDM" is finding a RHD window panel delete and match it up with the LHD USDM delete. If you delete both sides u can get some JDM skinny aerodynamic mirrors and relocate them towards the front fender like a JDM Fairlady Z, or you can re-locate the mirrors lower than the OEM height like some drift RX-7's or Silvias. There is a riced out 92-95 camry in my area that relocated mirrors towards the front fenders..... actually it didn't look too bad and was the only non-rice jdm thing I like about his car.
I need a custom turbo manifold built....

i was actually thinking of getting a pair of carbonfiber f1 style mirriors and only using the one. this was the first time i had ever seen this on any cb7 so i figured rarity makes it worth so $ or atleast cool

well hold on to it.. the way this "trend" is going u never noe if in a couple of years that is going to be worth money...hell. they sell them for civics already.. i still have mines from my dx, i'm trying to see if a local shop would make it out of carbon fiber...maybe even invent the other side or something.

I wonder if the handling is effected? weight distribution is just as important as weight loss.
