cb7deathride has the one I sold him and I think he got it working. The pinouts are diffienatly different. Nothing impossible to overcome though.

Sidenote: Call me again, I didn't call you cause it was raining here and now that I went to your number got pushed out of my phone.

Yup, I got it working. Cept for a few problems. The Cruse Control light is on all the time, and the turn signal lights are all fucked up. The left one never lights up, and when I turn right the cruse control light flashes. Ill probally try to figure it out when I rip apart my dashboard for my climate control conversion. Other than that, everything works fine.

Does anyone know if the CND Cluster fits our cars without any modification?

This might go off topic a bit, but doesn't the JDM cluster for 5 speed transmission go up to 220km/h, not 180??? 'coz most ppl that I know kept on saying that JDM clusters for CB Accords only go up to 180, but I swear I've seen the ones that go up to 220km/h...
              Just kind of curious...

ok the 220km/h cluster is not jdm it is only found on uk,cdm, edm .cars .. in japan they donot have 220km/h cluster , only 180km/h all autos and manual clusters all have the same read ..

Really??? Hmm... 'coz I could've sworn when my dad bought a '90 Accord brand new back in Indonesia (RHD), the car was 5 speed and the speedo went up to 220km/h....We also had an '88 Accord Prestige back then, and the speedo already went up to 200.....Oh and they also don't have the mph on the inside, so I'm pretty sure they're JDM, since all the cars there come from Japan..
But n e wayz...I tried to dig some pics of cars from my country, and so far this is the best one I could find that shows the speedo...You can tell it's 5 speed, and it goes up to 220..But I'll see if I can find other ones later....

ok yes the cars are made in japan but the cluster are not distributed in japan ... there distributed to other countries .so in other hands the cluster with 220km/h marked is not used in japan only in forgein coutries .. like for instance edm cdm ,, ukdm . ect... the 180km/h is pure jdm item, as for the pinouts the jdm cluster is not a direct plug in you will need to get the factory harness from that cluster and splice some wires . because the usdm plug wont work for the jdm cluster as for the edm 220km/h cluster the pinouts are diff. as well but you can swap the faces in your usdm accord cluster like (pakalolohonda) did.. jdm 180km/h cannot be swapped due to it has a diff. back .. hope that answers your question ..

Wow I never knew that...I always thought that since the cars are made in Japan, they put every single thing that they have in Japan in to these cars....But how come the Accords in Japan can only go up to 180 tho??? It's weird how Japan is the only one with 180km/h speedo, while the rest of the Accords around the world can go up to 220..Hehe..
Well, I learn something new today...Thanks for the explanation!!

ok some countries like in europe have diffrent speed limits zones and in japan too... in some cities like in fukuoka and osaka , japan speed limits are 65mph in usdm terms .. thats why jdm and edm clusters have diff. readings.. as far as where the 180km/h are produced it is also produced in hong kong ,and near by cities around ... idk about tawain you will have to check with some members on this board since they live their am pretty shue they'll know ...

                          Ronald_Type-R ... Manny is correct, as I purchased a 220Km/h myself ... and yes ..
the pins are certainly different .. and yes, in that he's also correct in stating that
only the Japan cars have the 180 .. and the European and Canadian cars
came with the 220 .. only reason being that I can think of (I've been to Europe)
they flat out fly there .. while Japan on the other hand may be somewhat more conservative
in relation to speed limits, thus .. the difference .. i really dont know .. however,
I took the faceplate out and replaced only the speedo part .. the rest of my cluster
is still usdm .. in that I do read in Km/h instead of mph, but my odometer still reads
in miles .. only changed the face.. I just didnt have the patience to sit there and go thru
what was needed to make the swap complete .. and really.. I still get to monitor the motor's miles ..
in miles .. jus a lil different .. thas all ..

                          A Hui Hou !!!
